How we handle personal data under the PDPA.

1. Scope

This policy applies to personal data collected through www.wizregtech.com, our sales and demo processes, and our delivery of Wizpresso Diligence and Wizpresso Adnoto to clients in Singapore. It does not govern data processed inside a client's own deployment of Diligence or Adnoto, which is addressed in the applicable client agreement.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data that you provide directly, such as:

• Name, work email, phone number, and company, when you submit a contact or demo request form.
• Correspondence you send us, including enquiry details and attachments.
• Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) collected through standard web analytics.

3. Purposes of collection

We collect, use and disclose personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and schedule product demonstrations.
• Provide, operate and support Wizpresso Diligence and Wizpresso Adnoto for our clients.
• Send relevant product or regulatory updates, where you have consented to receive them.
• Meet our legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

4. Disclosure to third parties

As Wizpresso's exclusive Singapore reseller, we may share personal data with Wizpresso and its infrastructure providers strictly to deliver, host, and support the platform, under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data residency & deployment

For clients with data residency requirements, Diligence and Adnoto can be deployed via Private Cloud or On-Premise installation under Wizpresso's ISO 27001:2022 certified architecture. Specific residency and processing terms are set out in the applicable client agreement.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above, or as required by law or contract, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the details below.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures, and rely on Wizpresso's ISO 27001:2022 certified architecture, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure or similar risks.
